Whenever I put grommets on a banner in onyx 21.1, they aren't spread across the whole banner and instead are put on maybe half of the banner and there will be grommet marks in the middle of the art. (Ruining the banner). They don't appear in the preview and are spaced 24" top/bottom/ sides. Anyone else have this issue? Any solution to this?

Sure you can, you just have to dish out a couple of grand to upgrade to 24.
Regarding your issue, what is your mark offset set to?
