Yes. The GS-15 is swivel knife only. The Plus is both swivel and tangential.

Thank you! The one I just received has a non-swivel knife installed; I guess they were using it wrong!
It does cut the whole 13.5" width though, correct?

Not sure on the 13.5". If not that, pretty close. You would need to check.

The GS-15 is tangential only. The GSx is swivel only. The GS-15 Plus is swivel and tangential.

Thanks for clarifying that. I went straight from SuperSprints to Envisions and never had a GS series.
