GS750 Driver Issues with Flexi

I was wondering if anyone has an answer to the issue with FlexiSign Pro not being able to properly run the GS750. We are using version 7.5 v2 as well as 7.6 v2 and have not been able to get our GS750 to cut. We currently have 6 HS750's and operate with no issues however we are trying the GS750 and can't seem to get it to work. Scanvek/Amiable (Flexi) tech support has no idea what the problem is but they do acknowledge that we are not the first to inquire.
