Need Help GSP Sprint

Good morning. I have a GSP Sprint plotter that is having an issue. The plotter starts and initializes. However, there is no functioning of the arrow keys to move the roller or the plotter head. Could it be a fuse? Can anyone assist me with diagnosis?
It was working fine until......it didn't. Thank you for your help.

power supply? much like an smc 4 or 4b, i would start by carefully reseating every connector, AFTER UNPLUGGING & waiting 30 minutes
you can blow it all out with compressed air, wash the boards down with isopropyl, examine heavy pcb connections for cracks

a service manual would be useful. (one of the few older ones i DO NOT HAVE

we have a sprint, but, unlike my smc4, i have not plugged it in, in 6-7 years

i would think someone on the forum would have the service manual
