Hackers calling my phone?

So I had this number call twice today, with me picking up the second time. It was from 0000000000, and when I picked up, my phone(s3) goes black with no functions or buttons working. WTF?? 45 seconds pass and my phone lights back up with the connected call still showing with 0000000000. The call ends and my phone is back to normal.

Did I just get hacked?

Check with your carrier and find out if your sim card has been cloned or maybe your account has been changed.
The caller ID was spoofed and that's why all the 000000000000

Wierd. I just got one of those calls at like 4:00 this morning. When I picked up I heard "This is a message to notify you that your credit card has been locked..." I hung up right away and am calling the bank this morning.
