Hardhat Decals

Got some requests for Hardhat decals, what digital print vinyl do you guys use? Are the plastic hardhats low energy plastics to where I should use something like Convex (which I have plenty of) or do I just run them on 180cv-3 or the cheaper Arlon 4560? They're not large decals and probably won't be having a lot of complex curves but I'd like to make sure that they end of sticking for awhile....years. Thanks!

On helmets I've always gotten by fine with regular Oracal 3651. Even on stuff that's not real grabby, that stuff seems to do well. I did a bunch of trash cans that we put a logo on earlier this year, and we used the Oracal 3951HT I believe. That stuff was amazing. It grabbed like no other.

We use a lot of 4560. Have some 10" x 20" decals for the Lions Club on their blue poly barrel train that I store for them that have been on their for years, no problems. Now those are curved! If I recall correctly, we used just the calendared lam on them. For hard hat customers, I will laminate with the cast, just to have one place less to worry about shrinkage. No reported issues.
