having problem with my mutoh valuejat1304 HELLLPP!!!!

my valuejet does not print at all.. all four colors we changed print heads yet noyhing happend.no error codes either... PLEASE HELP!!!

first i've never seen your machine, i use roland, but i'm assuming things work similarly.

when you changed the heads, did you change the caps? if you did and they are not flooded with ink - your pump is shot
