Need Help Having trouble with export

I am all the sudden having an issue Exporting a flexi file as a pdf for printing. Flexi file is the correct colors (dark blue border with lighter blue interior) but when I open the PDF file after exporting it the dark blue border is yellow and the light blue interior is red. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

This won't help but Corel does that to us sometimes. Can usually re-export it and it clears up.
