Head Deflection

On a Falcon Jr, if the nozzle check shows all of the nozzles, but a few are deflected, will the all eventually fire correctly if you keep soaking and cleaning? My magenta has several defelcted nozzles and they produce a white line about every 1/32" in colors that magenta is a part of. I have soaked quite a bit, but they never seem to fire correctly. Just Wandering.
