Help - 1998 Toyota 4Runner - Limited

I have a template but I don't believe it. Can anyone with this template verify the following measurements for me:

Length 176.77 inches
Width 66.14 inches
Height 68.7 inches

I'm trying to ball park a quote without measuring the vehicle, letting the customer know I can give him a better quote when I see the vehicle.
