HELP! Changing Mutoh print heads

Please help...I need to change my print heads. I have the falcon outdoor 62. Victor at cmyk parts said he would include the manual with the print heads and he did not. He doesn't answer the phone either. Can someone help with instructions please? I would greatly appreciate it!!
