Help colors

Hey guys have a question for you I have a mutoh vj 1618 and whenever I print something my colors are all wierd there not crisp its wierd on my paper I see hand prints and on yellow it does fine green lines my colors are all messed up do you guys know what it is. And I have never touched my head with my hands if that's wht ur thinking. HELP PLZ

Hand prints could be where you grab the roll. I always use my white gloves to change / load rolls. As for tbe colors haveyou tried the right profile for the media you are using

im using onyx 10. im quite new to this but the roll im using is for stickers, and the option i choose in the onyx settings matte vynle.
