Help creating this vector bevel

Can someone help me create what is seen here. The white inner prismatic bevel highlight. Need to cut this out with white vinyl and need to change numbers for a bunch of trucks.

Its not as simple as it looks, I tried a few things with in-lines and cutting/trimming, but nothing is simple and they don't line up.

To me it is looking like a bevel inline of some sort. But coreldraw doesn't do vector bevels as far as i know. only the bmp.

Let me know your thoughts thank you~!

put a .09" inline on shape then another 0.09" inline on the inline you just made...
combine them together and then draw an intersecting shape that you can use to trim away the dark sections...
it looks like its supposed to be a quick and dirty beveled highlight but its just got some lighting direction issues...

Thanks for this, problem is I have a lot of them to do and some words too, so was hoping of a faster way. may just have to bite the bullet and do it this way, it must be a signtools plug in or some other old program that did this for the original designer

Yup, the lighting is all weird.
The way I've always done this is similar to Tim - start with creating an inner outline as shown above, but then use an offset duplicate of the shape to clip out the beveled highlights.
Kinda like this:

My example doesn't match your photo, but you get the idea.
Once you work out your thicknesses and lighting direction, you should be able to batch out everything at least in groups by size :thumb:
