Help? I do not get cyan to print

need help!!!
i have been trying to get cyan to print but i got no luck!!!
all the other colors are ok but cyan is the only one that not
i have the dampers ok and the ink is runniing good so i need somebody to help me out please on what to do

Did you check your cyan head cable?
May the printer head did not receive data.
