Help identifying this reflective vinyl

Any idea the brand of this reflective vinyl? It has a distinct texture to it. I’m trying to match for a repair on VA State trooper vehicle.

Looks like the material is 3M IJ689CR-10 if I am seeing the "texture" of the cross hatches correctly. So, this would be printed & laminated reflective I'm guessing.

Body shops often source a 'repair' kit from the original supplier....saves you getting yards of material that you're not going to use again! Of course, they can be very pricey, but you just pass those costs thru, and do the installation? ....one way to go....
