Question help ! Mutoh 1300 cutting haywire

Help1 Mutoh plotter cutting wrong
Trying to cut simple text file. Using "impact font". Layed out in P shop. using Flexi to plot.
It starts to cut ok the just start cutting all over the place. it cut a line two inches from the edge of material and rolled out 30 ft of film???
Any ideas?

Has this setup ever worked before? I am wondering how a Photoshop file can output a vector file. I don't use the current versions so something might have been added that I don't know of but in general, this is the first time I have ever heard of someone using Photoshop to layout text to cut and I have a feeling that is the issue.
