Help Needed With My Mutoh 1324!

Can anyone tell me what’s wrong?
I’m not getting any thing but black printing. You can see yellow and magenta dripping from the head. The last photo is taken looking up at the head. I had to remove the wiper a year and a half ago and haven’t had any problems.
Any help would be appreciated!!

First, you definitely need to replace the wiper. The issue you are having is most likely an air leak or damper failure. Have you had any head crashes, as head damage is also a possibility.

No head crashes. But the maintenance station is original. The printer is 4 years old.

If you clean off the ink on the bottom of the head, does it still continue to drip?

Yes

I'd change the dampers first. Especially if they are the originals.
