Hi,
We are using scotchlite vinyl red...cut it, weed it, cover with carrier sheet...but then when we go to adhere it to the aluminum license plate - it doesn't release the back carrier... have put into the freezer and tried to go it cold..a bit better. Anyone have any tricks to get the back carrier which is attached to the roll of vinyl to release easier.
Thanks for your time and input!!!!

Peel the paper off rather than peeling the lettering off. It's possible you cut too hard into the paper. That will also make it stick and be hard to get loose.

Cut too deep, or using the wrong transfer tape. There are three differently tacking transfer tapes available from 3M. (Other vendors will have it as well)
