Been looking on and off all day for this, found one similar but not exact. genuine.jpg This is the font. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks very Web 2.0 to me. If you've exhausted all the easy options, I'd bet it's somewhere on Typekit, Fontsquirrel, Google Web Fonts, etc.
