Hi all, I am new to this and have a graphtec cutting pro fc4100-130, it has been working fine but now the playing up. After loading the vinyl and lifting the leaver, pressing f2 to set the cuter head to the pinch rollers I would use the blue up and down arrows to set the vinyl to my preferred start position. Now when I press the arrow key it spins the grit roller at ferocious speed and fires the vinyl either forward or backwards about 8 inches in a micro second.
Any help gratefully received.
Thanks

You'll likely need a new X motor. They're no longer available from Graphtec though, so you'll need to find a parts machine or used motor somewhere. If it helps, the Graphtec part number was Part Number: 53501-003T, Description: Motor, Drive X-Axis FC4100-130.

Thanks for coming back to me. I had come to the conclusion. I have been hunting for a replacement but not much luck. I would be gutted to have to replace the machine for the sake of a servo failure.
