hey guys
so this is my dilemma
I have a client who's in nee to three box trucks wrapped in solid color with cut color over it.
the largest being 53 ft.
im going back and forth deciding to use air release cast or non. but both cast
its a flat truck with rivets.

the cost would bring it down a lot with non air release
im giving him a really good deal.
any advice would be great help
thanks

there are several points here.

what brand are you going to use?
3M, Arlon, Avery, and Orafol all list their color change vinyl as having air-channels
or are you thinking of using cast sign vinyl? this does have non-air channels

IMO the only logical option is the air channel material otherwise the money "saved" on using non air channels will be lost when you have to go back and remove the bubbles.

regarding advice, NEVER provide a quote until you have confirmed what material to use!
https://www.cheetahwrap.com/ - here is the cheapest color change supplier

hopefully with such a great price you will have the truck arrive in pristine condition/cleanliness

stop being cheap, use the right stuff.

You're going to save money on material, but save about 3 days of install.

3m 1080 for the color change.

use the 3m 1080..... you wont be sorry...besides, most sellers only carry 48" in cast colours from my experience

My rule: If it touches ANY Vehicle...it's Laminated Cast Vinyl.
Lower Standards for Lower Price never seems to be a good idea.
Install enough wraps with multiple vinyls and you'll know why the folks that do large volume emphasize quality cast vinyl...every time.

Where did OP mention color change vinyl? Why would they use that on box trucks?
