Help with Mutoh 1204 No ink

I need some help. I changed the dampers and have cleaned the print head. I have ink going through the heads but nothing will print. I changed the spit top and there is no ink going to it either. What could be wrong? Is there a pump or something that could be bad. All I know is that there is head going through the head when I put it through with a syringe but when I do a nozzle check, nothing is printing. PLEASE HELP ME.

try with cleaning if it is not working also you can try with fill ink

Thank you. I am sorry to be so dumb but when this machine was installed they show me nothing. Could you tell me what the fuse looks like and where it would be? Thanks again.

I found the fuses but there are only 2 large fuses on the back right and one on the board. Which fuse are you talking about? thanks
