Help with print / cut solution

We recently upgraded to a Mimaki JV33 and have had a cg130fx plotter. Using Flexi for design and Wasatch for rip. In the past we were able to rip/print from Flexinover the network., now we are unable. The JV33 is USB and can't get it to be seen on the network by Flexi. Is there a work around? Is it possible to export the print file with the optic marks for wasatch to work with? Can you add optic marks manually? If so, how don you knowvwhere they should be placed to cut properly?
