I realized it is a custom font for Manchester United.
Usually they show up later in the season. I was able to find older ones, but not this one yet

try DS Digital or Digital 7, I found it via dafont.com
seems like the same font, but with offset paths to eliminate the LCD lines.

edited: crap, just realized those fonts have no lower-case lettering
