Can someone tell me what is causing this and if so how or what i need to do to fix it? See photo you can barley see it but there are blue lines before and after the print

First thing I would check is the file you are printing from and make sure that there is nothing in the file that is causing that. The second thing I would do is clean the print heads with a swab and some cleaning fluid or do a head soak to get the heads clean. Sometimes if you peek under the print heads you can actually see little fibers or dust that is dragging on the media.

sorry to get off the subject but I wondered the same!!

UK fans here too - living in Alabama. Daughter now goes to Univ of Alabama so now we get to say "Go Cats" and "Roll Tide"

What printer you got?

Clean around your head(s) and cap tops.

Make sure you are printing with the head on high..
