Not likely that they exist. Such drivers are usually supplied with sign making software and are proprietary to the software.

If you are trying to "drive" it from Gerber software there is no driver. The device is an HPGL type device and we send standard HPGL commands. We do not offer a driver for other applications to drive it.

There is an old driver for an hp plotter that came with several versions of windows but it is all but useless for cutting vinyl. these guys have given you good advice,...get a software bridge for your design software or a dedicated cas software to drive the plotter,...
