Seeing the work close up there is a heap of wrinkles and bad install work

Good to ear hexis stepped up for materials and removal.
I wouldn't take my car back to the first wrapper anyway.

Get it fixed then send to court to cover the replacement. Easy win

Have seen something like that happening to Oracal Matte white 970 but not as bad just turning yellow on the hood

I don't hate paint, I just overlay it.
Matte white looks awesome but NOTHING can clean it.
I tried dish washer, hand soap, alcohol, xyliene, agent orange, kaboom, bleach, windex etc etc etc etc.

Agree 100% we actually tell people who wants to go with matte white not to do it.

This would have happened to any vinyl. It's called fallout. You just see it more on the white. No fault of Hexis.

wrap shop should have warrantied, and quickly replaced. That is, unless this is one of those cases where the car owner supplied his own vinyl.
