No Marlene, we do not ... be they merchant members or anyone else. The first fourteen questions on our registration form are described as follows:

This is a private information entry which is required for registration approval but that is not displayed and not shared.

The final seven answers, (location, company, equipment, etc.), are displayed in each member's profile and are all intended to be up to each member as to what they choose to share.

We get calls from people all the time trying to sell large amounts of sign industry email addresses. It's probably from something like that. By the way, we don't buy these lists as they go against our policies but I am sure there are people out there willing to pay up. If you have your email on your website, a robot will scan for it and add it to their list. If you sign up for yellow pages or something similar, they will sell your information. It's pretty hard these days to be visible without attracting robots like described above.
