Hah, pretty funny but looks pretty rigged. My experience is the front panels are usually held in by some screws and to fall apart that loosely those screws were probably removed when they took the front door off. Also don't believe it was bolted down to the wood, instead just sitting overtop the bolts. In the older days, cinderblocks used to be added to washers and dryers to ensure they stayed put, unsure if they still do that, but sometimes those blocks would be removed and long extension cords would be brought out for "races"! They might've taken the one out to put it back in the wrong hole in this case though!

The little fella had seizures...the writhing washing machine seemed to bring back old memories...kinda sick....I know.
