Thank you for the fast shipping of my cap top springs, BUT at check out you charged me $8.50 for FED-X ground and you shipped USPS $5.60 small flat rate box. Is that standard California practice? Makes me wonder if my springs are of High Quality as described.

It is not California practice. It is our practice. The reason we chose USPS over Fedex is because 1. Cost less for the customer. We dont' want to call you for a few dollars more because time is essential for business 2. USPS shipping would arrive two days faster than Fedex 3. Your refund of $2.90 is processed.

1) USPS flat rate box is flat rate price, No need for phone call,
2) If time was essential I would of picked a faster fed-x option at check
out, parts were for inventory.

The practice of giving refunds take more time and energy then so called phone call,
maybe another option at check out would of been appropriate, like USPS.
