High resolution maps

Hello, I need to make a large sign for a customer which will need to include a map. I am hitting an absolute dead end trying to find any way to create a high-res map using Google Maps or MapQuest. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks to both of you. Those may work. It's only for a temporary building relocation/"we moved" sign, so it shouldn't be necessary to have super high clarity.
