IIRC it is only women doing the assembly.
Poka Yoke methodology is used to error proof. If you notice the rota-bin only allows the worker to select the correct part at the prompt. It will also know how many you took. Systems can also include tools with feedback loops. Torque specs, force to seat fasteners, etc... are all tracked.
