High Temp Vinyl???

A local BBQ team asked for a quote to replace the graphics on their smoker. They showed me a picture (I will post it once it has been forwarded to me) of a full color graphic on the back of their smoker (apx. 24" x 36"). I was told the max temperature is 300 degrees, though it is typically around 225. The graphics on there were provided by a company no longer in business about three years ago. Seemed to be in decent shape from what I could tell except for an area in the center that was damaged when a chair blew into it.

There is the story and now the question. I haven't been able to find a material that advertises being safe at that temperature and this will be the first time I've produced anything of this nature. Do any of you have any experience with a printable material that would be safe at this temperature? Thank you in advance.

I hope this is posted in the right category, if not let me know and I will move it.

The Arlon DPF8000 and DPF9000 are designed for sustained temperatures up to 225 degrees F. Either one will probably work for your application.

225 is not 300. And if it's anything like most smokers. It's usually hotter when they start it up. Meaning it probably hits about 325 before it drops back down to 250 or so.

I just talked to them a few minutes ago and 225 will do the trick. It was explained to me that they had it up to 300 once when "curing" it whatever that is and it is only done once. Also, because of the insulation the external temperature never exceeds 175 degrees while in use even when the internal temperature is at 225-250. I told them about the 225 max limit and they said it would not be a problem. Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it.
