Home position measurement screwed up

I've got a falcon outdoor 46" with a home measurement issue. I'm getting 66.124, I believe I was getting around 63 years past.

Is it normal to manually push the print head over to pull ink syringe? I've been doing that for years and never knew if that was the norm.
