Hoping this is clipart!

Took on a repaint from a customer. You should be able to see the outline of a dimensional panel applied over top the carved panel. This had vinyl of a cat and a dog. It was so far gone you couldn't even see the adhesive outline. Anyone recognize this shape?

There's enough remaining that I could fudge it in with paint.
Outline it with a Sharpie and guesstimate the details.
A slap of block out white and the Sharpie should bleed through enough so it's like coloring in a coloring book.
