Hot Spots

Have a customer who did not want to pay for extruded pan.

We explained to them about hot spots....
They said no big deal..

Now the hot spots are there..

They are not upset cause we explained and showed examples.

They want to know if they put the lights on the top and bottom facing each other, will it help.

Any ideas?

I dont really understand...lamps dont have a 'face' -- they are round and emit light from all sides.

I have heard that masking tape strips on the lamp help by dampening the light
