How can I prevent this imprint from happening

Seems that whenever there is a saturation of ink I get this ghosting of the text. Seems that when it is being rolled up on the return it is making an indention on the material. Is it the heat set too high? It seems to be cool when it is getting wrapped on the return. Any help would be apprectiated

I get this too on ultraflexx 14oz blockout banner... seems like the ink outgassing does something to the banner as it's rolled up on the takeup reel.
I haven't had the banners long enough to see if they go away but to avoid it on some smaller ones, I don't use the takeup.
Would love to know if this is something that goes away or if there's a way around it.
