How do you tile backlit print without making dark line?

How do you tile backlit graphic without having a dark seam? I am trying to print or use cut vinyl on an 8' x 16' backlit sign. I just need to know what the procedure is to tile translucent graphics without having un-sightly lines, etc.

If I'm doing an oversized backlit sign, I try to run my seams at spots where they won't be noticed. If possible, I work breaks into the design so that I don't have to have seams.

Can you post a pic of the design? It would be easier to give suggestions if I know what it looks like.
