how to create a single stroke font for plasma marking?

hi, i know it sounds a bit complicated, but we need to create a
single stroke fonts for plasma marking, even a good convertor´d
sound good.
i´d like to try marking with handwriting fonts too.
any idea? i´m sure there´s a way, but i can´t wait for years

There's no real good way to do this via algorithm. It's a judgment job and you really have to handcraft these.

But be of good cheer, there are single stroke fonts and, if memory serves, there might be a few included with Corel.
