How To Repair Small Tears / Holes Over Rough Welds?

I applied 3751GRA + 290 lam over 4' long welds a few months ago.

I inspected them today and noticed there are some small tears and holes where the welds are rough or I goofed slightly.They are small, but I would like to seal / repair them.

What can I use to seal these breaches so they will stick back down, plus seal? I was thinking perhaps some type of clear coat?
