How to tell who on my network has my file open.

I know some of you are like me and work for large sign/graphic company with several
designers/printers/sales people and know the frustration of not being able to save changes to a file that's on your network because
someone somewhere has it open.

Is there a easy way or program that works with Windows 7 to tell who has a file open?
