How to unlock a vj1608

I have just converted my vj 1608 to eco sol. The 350 a bag of ink is ridiculous. I now need to unlock the printer so I don't need ink cards. I have read it can be done through the mutoh firmware program. I need the file for the ink side and some instructions.
