What substrate do you think this brown material is and what supplier can I find it from? Do you think the white is vinyl, screen printed or engraved? Thanks in advance for your help!

Looks like subsurface graphics, usually a fiberglass type material.

Any ideas where to find this material? The white looks like vinyl, but that brown substrate has me stumped.

Looks like a phenolic panel/sheet to me. Especially if it looks like it has not been painted.

One would hope that's Micarta, but looks more like some off brand.

I looked up Regal Plastics and US plastics and they have similar panels
but you might have to get samples to match.
