We have been receiving the 86.01 error code on our HP 300 Latex printer. The tech came out and ran the diagnostics and when it performs the scan axis test it does great. But when he turns the machine on
we get the error when the carriage gets to the end of the left side. He has tried everything he can think of to fix the problem but has been unsuccessful. Scan axis motor is barely a year old. He has done
all of the suggested tips from HP. Just wanting to see if anyone else has had this issue and can enlighten me maybe.
