Good Morning all. I have replaced many of the modules on our fb700 and fb750. Lamp shutter , print heads , belts , motors , service station , vacuum and I/O board to name a few. I have been able to tackle most of the errors but this one is giving me a migraine. I came in yesterday morning and the touch panel wasn't responding correctly , I would touch a button and about 45 seconds later it would work , then it stopped altogether. Usually when this happens a restart or a restart with an unplug works to correct this. I have tried that multiple times now to no avail. We have an extra lcd panel from another machine so I hooked it up with a new cables , still nothing , I get video but the touch function is moot. Am I out a CPU here? It boots fine but then goes to a "THE TOUCH PANEL FAILED TO INITIALIZE. PLEASE CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND RESTART THE PRINTER" screen with no options . I'm at a loss here , any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
