HP L25500 Operations question

Hello Everyone out there, I have a question. I am running an HP L25500 off of an Onyx RIP system. Printing is going smoothly as usual but the form feed and cut option has recently quit working. When I operate form feed and cut from printer display it will advance media but carriage will not travel back and forth to cut. So far I have looked in the quick sets and media manager and have enabled cutter for each of our active media profiles. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks, Kyle

Make sure it's also enabled in your rip. If it is there, it might be disabled on the printer. You can get to it under the media handling option.

I assume you have rebooted the printer (you didn't mention it). I have found with latest firmware for the L25500 that the software is more flaky than even MS junk and see some really strange things happen at times which always needs a reboot of the printer to correct the behavior.
