I can't answer your question but if you have the service manual, I can tell you that you can still order all the needed parts from HP and do the service yourself, if you think you are comfortable with that. It's not very difficult and the manual tells you all the things you would never know without it.

Having that service manual for the L25500 has been a life saver. Hope I can find one for my next printer.

you can reset the counter with the help of service manual if needed. Do the maintenance youself, we managed to change the whole carriage assembly by ourselves. Just take your time
