Hi all. Here is a picture of a sign we printed laminated and cut. It's .010 polycarbonate subsurface printed. Mounted to .060 PETG using D and K white mounting adhesive. We have made thousands of signs using this process and never seen failure in the field like this. Any ideas on what what would cause the ink to separate from the polycarbonate and stay on the white adhesive. I'm hoping to have more insight when the customer sends the signs back after we replace them.
