We have an HP Latex 115, and it is a great machine... But we have somewhat consistent errors with the trailing cable. Usually, we are able to "fix" it by some combination of jiggling the cables going to the carriage, turning it off and on, or completely unplugging it and re-plugging it in in order to resolve the issue. Does anyone know of an actual solution? Or where to find a service manual for the Latex 115? Or the part numbers of the trailing cable and the white flat cable that might be called the flex cable? New to this forum, so thanks in advance for opinions and answers.
