HP Latex 210 ends job before completing it

Hello everybody,

I have an HP Latex 210 printer (2 years old) with Caldera CopyRIP software, and I'm currently experiencing a weird problem: the printer ends a job without finishing it and with no error code/message, neither in RIP software nor form the printer. It suddenly jumps from - let's say - 45% of the job to 100% with finished status.
I would really appreciate any suggestions, especially that the local HP dealer didn't find what's wrong until now.
